I use Interserver .net dedicated server and it has been reliable except for a few downtimes. Unfortunately there are some months when uptime is down. I like the way customer service reps are polite when you call them. But, the technical support team is slow. There was a time my e-commerce site was down which meant loss of income for me but when I submitted a critical ticket nothing was done for some time despite the fact that I had paid an extra fee. They kept saying the problem was fixed while it wasn’t. It took them a couple of days to resolve the problem.
Another thing is that, many hosting companies offer a free domain name but Intrserver .net does not.
