ServerPronto servers are cheap and reasonable and that is why we chose to host with them in 2005. At first we did not think the low prices were genuine until we bought the packages. Our Virtual Private Server has great speed and functionality beyond what we expected. It has served us well in the years we have been with them except for a few hitches once in a while. The service is faster and more reliable than what we received from our previous web host although not 99.999% as they promise. We have not had major issues so far since we have not cancelled as others have. So far we are pleased with their services as web developers and our consultant business has been successful.
I recommend them to users who need fast, high-performance servers and reliable network connections.

I was impressed by the way they delivered the servers within the shortest time after ordering. We have 5 dedicated servers with ServerPronto which are fast and powerful but their prices are unstable. They keep increasing the prices without notice so it is hard to predict what the prices will be. We purchased their packages during one of their promos and we thought the prices were cheap. All of a sudden they increased the price on some of the dedicated servers and we were not even using high bandwidth or hosting space.
These people are only interested in getting money from you.

This service provider has cancellation problems. I had hosted a dedicated server on a quarterly payment basis but after being their customer for 2 years I had the worst experience ever.
When I signed up 2 years ago I almost gave up since it took them too long to deliver the server and I needed to start selling my fashion items. I cancelled the 3 month contract and just when I was about to relocate to another web host, they delivered the server. I started off and my business started picking but after 2 years the server crashed.
This time I had no choice but cancel the contract since my business was down and I was not making any money. ServerPronto insisted that I should send my credit card details although they had this information from the time I signed up. I had to cancel my credit card because from what I had read in other reviews I was afraid that they would charge me for the time I had not used their services. It has been five months since that time and they have been billing me. Avoid them at all costs. They sound cheap but can be expensive.

I have been a ServerPronto customer for 3 years now. Although their uptime is not 100% as they claim, the service is reliable and good enough for my needs. I have saved several dollars with their cheap dedicated server hosting and I am satisfied with their service. I can say they are above average when they are compared with their competitors.
Support is a bit hesitant so this service would be suitable for users who are not dependent on support except when they require hardware replacement or maintenance. I have not had issues with them because I am an IT specialist and I know how to get around on my own. The few times I had to deal with them they were slow to act on tickets keeping them on hold. They only replied to my emails after pestering them.

    Cancellation issues
ServerPronto charged my credit card before the due date. From what I read from other customers’ reviews I knew that the provider had issues when it came to cancellation of contracts. Worse still, they insist that you have to post the cancellation notice or fax it to them. I therefore decided to cancel early to avoid any hassles. I sent the fax one and a half months prior to the due date since they require a 30-day cancellation notice.
I was surprised when they billed me for another term in advance, before the due date. They charged my credit card before the next billing period. I contacted support several times asking them why they would do this and my term had not ended. They told me they had no refund policy but I explained to them that this was wrongful billing. That is when they told me they will investigate the matter but I have not heard from them. They don’t have support on telephone and the whole ticketing and email process is tedious because they are slow at responding to requests.
If you are using their service and you plan to cancel, it is better to start doing so 2 months in advance. If you don’t do this you will find yourself paying another term and maybe that is not what you want.
